Storage Tips
Store unwashed berries in the refrigerator. Use quickly, as fresh organic berries are not sprayed with anti-fungal agents. They spoil quickly!
Nutrition
Blackberries are an excellent source of vitamin C, vitamin K, manganese, and fiber. Just one cup provides about one third of the daily recommended value of dietary fiber!
