Olivia's Organics salads are locally packaged and delivered to us promptly! The greens are grown on carefully-selected organic farms without the use of pesticides, chemicals, synthetic fertilizers, bioengineering, or ionizing radiation.
Their spring mix contains a blend of tender greens: tango, lolla rosa, red/green romaine, red/green chard, spinach, mizuna, radicchio, frisse, beet greens, arugula, tat soi, and red mustard! The ingredients in each package will vary. Their baby spinach is excellent, and the 50/50 blend is a mix of baby spinach and their spring mix.

Dairy
If you order dairy products and are not home to receive your delivery, we suggest you leave a cooler with a freezer pack outside. Please leave a note labeling the cooler "Boston Organics Delivery." Our delivery person will leave your eggs and/or cheese in the cooler. On extremely cold days, we recommend bringing your produce box inside soon after delivery to prevent freezing.

Made with organic multigrain flour which is comprised of wheat, spelt, rye, barley, oat, millet, corn and flaxseed. You will surely love this pancake mix!

1 egg
3/4 cup milk
Options: replace egg with 2 rounded tablespoons of yogurt. Add fresh, frozen, or canned and drained fruit.
Mix all ingredients. Let batter sit for at least one minute. Stir again then drop onto hot, greased griddle. Use 1/4 cup per pancake. Flip cakes when bubbly and golden brown. Makes six 5 inch pancakes.

Preheat oven to 375F. Mix all ingredients. Pour into greased muffin pan or 9x9 baking pan. Bake at 375F for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot.
