Nashoba Brook Bakery is located in Concord, MA. Nashoba is a regional institution. If you've never been to their bakery and cafe, make a point to visit (152 Commonwealth Avenue, West Concord). While you're there, check out their new 320-loaf per hour oven they just picked up in April 2010. It's quite the sight! We carry all of Nashoba's organic breads and just this year, Yankee Magazine awarded Nashoba's organic Seven Grain bread its Editor's Choice Multigrain Bread award! Nashoba Brook 7 Grain Half Deli Sliced (23 oz, 1.44 lbs)
The 7 Grain breads are made from a rich blend of wheat, flax, barley, oat, millet, corn and rye and slightly sweetened with dates. Created from a natural sourdough starter, each loaf is formed by hand and baked using Nashoba's own Slow Rise baking process

Nashoba Brook Bakery says their 7 Grain Round is "a moist blend of 100% organic whole grains: wheat, flax, barley, oat, millet, corn & rye. Sweetened slightly with organic dates." We say it's just straight up delicious!

The Whole Wheat loaves are made with a combination of whole wheat and germ restored flours. Created from a natural sourdough starter, each loaf is formed by hand and baked using Nashoba's own Slow Rise baking process.
